A high quality 19th Century Victorian Rosewood Inlaid Davenport with a sloping leathered writing surface. The lift up top is fitted with ink well / pen / letter compartments inside. (see pictures) Inside the writing slope the interior has a single drawer fitted with a bun handles and two pigeons holes either side with working key for the slope. Below on the right hand side of the desk, it has four fitted mahogany & oak lined drawers. The left hand side there are four dummy drawers, all fitted with solid brass handles on both sides. Standing on original castors.
