A very high quality 18th Century Mahogany Bureau Bookcase. The upper section with moulded cornice above two astragal glazed doors, fitted with three adjustable shelves. The lower section is fitted with a sloped bureau leathered writing surface with gilt tooling, which incloses a fitted interior with 4 pigeon holes and 10 small drawers, below has three drawers with brass oval plate handles, raised upon splayed bracket feet. Comes apart in two sections.
